A year of customer-focused effort pays off

After a full year of prioritizing the customer experience, SDH Alabama is proud to announce that we’ve qualified for the 2025 Guildmaster Award!

Our Director of Operations, David Stanton, put it best in his announcement this morning:

“This distinction means that 90% or more of our customers would recommend SDH Alabama and is a testament to you all working together to provide a Best in Class buying experience for our customers in 2024.”

At the beginning of 2024, our satisfaction rating was aligned with the peer average at 84%. Knowing we could do more, our team came together to refine our processes, improve communication and expectation-setting, and enhance our overall presentation to buyers.

By the start of 2025, we had pushed our satisfaction score to 89%—well above the peer average—and came within a single survey of qualifying.

Now, that hard work has officially been recognized.
