We’re thrilled to announce the grand opening of our newest model home in Creekhaven, a charming new community in Iowa Colony, just minutes from Sierra Vista and Foxtail Palms!

This thoughtfully designed, family-focused neighborhood represents another exciting milestone in our continued growth across the area. Creekhaven is set to be the next go-to destination within Iowa Colony’s newest master-planned community, showcasing a mix of our most popular Smith Douglas Homes designs, including The Piedmont and The Coleman, along with Texas-exclusive plans like our stunning model home, The Kettering II.

The Kettering II model features an inviting open-concept layout with three bedrooms, two baths, a dedicated study, and thoughtful design touches throughout, offering flexible, functional spaces ideal for a variety of lifestyles and family sizes.
