Smith Douglas Homes was proud to host a special ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the official opening of The Oaks, our newest community in Clarksville, Tennessee. The event, held at our beautifully staged Harrington model home, welcomed members of the Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce, city officials, business partners, and future homeowners for a memorable afternoon filled with community, connection, and excitement.

With the sun shining, guests gathered to commemorate this exciting milestone for Smith Douglas. Following a warm welcome and words from our local leadership team, the ceremonial ribbon was cut, officially opening the doors to one of Clarksville’s newest and most thoughtfully designed new home communities.
