Continue on FM 1488 for several miles, then turn right onto FM 1774 North into the City of Magnolia. Follow FM 1774 for a short distance and turn left onto Pinemoor Drive, entering the Pinemoor community. Continue straight into the neighborhood, where the community and model home will be located. From FM 1488: Turn north onto FM 1774 toward Magnolia. Continue for about 1 mile, then turn left onto Pinemoor Drive to enter the Pinemoor community.
