Smith Douglas Homes is thrilled to share that our new townhome community, Helmsley, in Raleigh, NC is opening for sales shortly! This exclusive neighborhood features 24 homesites and has seen extremely high demand, so opportunities are limited. We are committed to following a fair process with all interested customers. The Path to Purchase is intended to educate potential buyers to be prepared when homesites are released. 

This page will also detail all of the information necessary for our Grand Opening Event on July 19th at AVA Rooftop Bar in Cary, NC.

Grand Opening Event, Deposits, & Appointments

Our Grand Opening event is an opportunity for potential buyers to socialize with the Smith Douglas team, learn more about sales opportunities, mingle with future neighbors, and even submit a deposit to secure an appointment and homesite. 
  • If you haven't already done so, we invite you to join our VIP Interest List by submitting the registration form.
  • To attend the Grand Opening event, you must register on our Eventbrite page, by clicking here. 
  • $1,000 deposit is required to secure an appointment, which must be held within two weeks of submission. 
    • A deposit is not required to attend the Grand Opening Event. 
    • Appointments will be scheduled by the order in which deposits are received.
    • At your appointment, the remainder of your Good Faith Deposit will be due.
    • You may submit the $1,000 via paper check at the event, or by ACH payment. You may submit a deposit here.
  • A valid pre-qualification from our Preferred Lender, Ridgeland Mortgage, is required 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
    • If you do not have a pre-qualification by the time of your scheduled appointment, it will be rescheduled to a later date. 
    • We cannot guarantee homesite availability at that time.
