The Smith Douglas Homes National Open House Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Smith Douglas Homes ("Sponsor").
Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins on July 25, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. local time and ends on August 3, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. local time ("Promotion Period").
Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who visit a participating Smith Douglas Homes model home during the Promotion Period.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or members of the same household of Smith Douglas Homes, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and promotion partners are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
Visit a participating Smith Douglas Homes model home during the Promotion Period and complete an official registration form in person using the event QR code provided.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive a $500 Wayfair® digital gift card.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500.
No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of the prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Wayfair is not a sponsor of or affiliated with this Sweepstakes.
Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about August 5, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted by Smith Douglas Homes using the phone number and/or email address provided on the registration form.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) business days, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing.
The digital gift card will be delivered electronically to the confirmed winner.
General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or inaccurate entries.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used by Smith Douglas Homes in accordance with its Privacy Policy and for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Smith Douglas Homes, its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.
