We’re excited to share the results of our 2025 Team Member Survey — and most importantly, to thank you for the passion, dedication, and teamwork that make Smith Douglas Homes such a special place to build a career.

Thanks to your participation, we exceeded our response goal, with 86% of team members completing the survey. We’re also proud to share that we’ve earned the Great Place to Work Certification once again! Attached to this email is our new certification badge, which you’ll begin seeing across company materials. We’ll be celebrating this recognition publicly on our social media channels — and we encourage you to share the posts and help spread the word about what makes Smith Douglas Homes such a great place to work.
