On Wednesday, October 15th, the Raleigh team celebrated the conclusion of the 60th Annual Triangle Parade of Homes at the annual Gala. This highly anticipated event recognizes the outstanding craftsmanship, creativity, and teamwork that go into creating some of the most beautiful new homes across the Triangle region, and this year, our team had plenty to celebrate!We’re thrilled to announce that the Avery Model at Cheshire in Smithfield was honored with the GOLD award in its category, earning a perfect score from the judges. What makes this achievement even more remarkable is that this home was completed in 21 days, showcasing the dedication, expertise, and collaboration of our construction and design teams.In addition, our Bradley Model at Alder Creek proudly brought home a Bronze award.
